Allen Kuo

Allen Kuo is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in civil litigation and complex commercial disputes. He began his career as a litigation associate at an insurance defense firm representing corporate and individual clients through all phases of civil litigation, including depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial. Allen also served as panel counsel for Lyft Inc., managed a heavy docket involving personal injury, where his practice included regular reporting to insurance carriers and adjusters, providing strategic updates and exposure analyses in accordance with panel counsel guidelines. Allen earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco and his B.S. from the University of California, Davis. Outside of work, Allen coaches high-school basketball, and enjoys exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
