Gabriela Marquez is a litigation partner with PATTON TRIAL GROUP’S Los Angeles/Ontario Office. Ms. Marquez has 20 years of legal experience in insurance defense matters pertaining to personal injury, professional liability, construction defect litigation and premises liability.
Ms. Marquez brings valuable experience to the firm with a focus on the successful defense of individuals and companies in a variety of different forums, whether the cases are in civil litigation, mediation, binding and non-binding arbitration, as well as appellate matters. During this process, Ms. Marquez works as a diligent and serious advocate for her clients to ensure a positive outcome.
Ms. Marquez received her law degree in 2001 from University of La Verne, College of Law. During her law school career, Ms. Marquez served as Articles Editor for the 2000-2001 school publication of the Journal of Juvenile Law and served as an Associate Editor from 1999-2000.
Ms. Marquez has taken hundreds of depositions, including countless expert depositions. She has been second chair trial counsel on several cases throughout Southern California.
