Jeff Wilson

Jeffrey Wilson has 17 years of litigation experience involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, municipal law, consumer warranty, product liability, and general liability disputes involving catastrophic and traumatic brain injuries. He has handled both first party and third-party matters, including binding arbitration and jury trials.  He has successfully represented and advised both plaintiffs and defendants in hundreds of lawsuits and disputes from inception to settlement, arbitration, and trial.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco’s School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Law & Society from the University of California, San Diego. He enjoys surfing, playing tennis/pickleball, golf, hiking, and spending time with his family at the beach.
