Jesse Kershner

Jesse Kershner has 14 years of litigation experience involving premise liability, construction defect, product liability, and general liability claims involving catastrophic and traumatic brain injuries.  He has handled both first party and third-party matters including binding arbitration, jury trials, and appeals. 

Jesse obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley graduating with high honors.  He obtained his law degree from University of San Francisco where he was the Managing Editor of the Maritime Law Journal.  He enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, skiing, and swimming in the bay.
