Martin is a veteran trial attorney with dozens of jury trials to his credit.  Martin was on the University of California football team while receiving his undergraduate degree, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Dayton.  Martin has specialized in the defense of personal injury cases for his 27-year legal career.
