Confidential, Downtown Los Angeles, February 2025. Admitted Liability Wrongful Death Trial. Defendant was a resent Immigrant who did not speak English. Allegedly driving 22 mph over the speed limit at night who hit a pedestrian in crosswalk. Decedent had multiple injuries and passed within 6-7 minutes with a survivorship action and with five heirs.
