Plaintiff, 27, was taken to the ER with neck and back pain and his symptoms quickly developing into the beginning stages of “drop foot” with a pronounced limp requiring the use of a cane. The MRI found a new annular tear/high signal at L5-S1. Plaintiff had numerous Facet/Epidural Injections, a Facet Rhizotomy and a recommendations for future injections and a fusion. $850,000 Demand.
