March 2024, Riverside, Ca. Two car accident, with a teenage Defendant and both cars totaled. Allegations defendant was driving impaired and alleged hit and run attempted. Plaintiff claimed necessity for injections and a future fusion. Defendants did not appear, and we tried the case with an “empty chair.” Plaintiff blackboarded $175,000 in medical bills. Jury awarded $5,240.
