April 2023, San Bernadino County, Admitted liability against a corporate defendant. Plaintiff was rear ended by a commercial truck. Had multiple epidural and facet injections, Facet Rhizotomy, Laminectomy and ultimately a fusion surgery. Plaintiff’s counsel was the former President of ABOTA with over 150 trial. Plaintiff had over $160,000 in claimed wage loss, $600,000 in past medical bills, and over $1,000,000 future medical bills. Before trial plaintiff’s demand was $3,700,000. Defense verdict.
