January 2023, Riverside County Admitted Liability Rear End Accident with nearly $9,000 in property damage to plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff claimed hit and run and evidence tampering. Plaintiff had immediate treatment, and subsequently received epidural injections, a surgery and claims of future surgery. Demand to the jury $600,000. Jury award $15,000.
