February 2026, Los Angeles. The trial was televised on CVN. Automobile v. Pedestrian accident in which our client hit a pedestrian at approximately 30 miles per hour, causing the pedestrian to hit and shatter the windshield. Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to the hospital and diagnosed with a concussion and knee injury. The knee injury required two surgeries, and the plaintiff alleged Traumatic Brain Injury with PTSD and advanced-onset dementia, which would allegedly lead to the necessity of 24-hour care within a few years and dramatically restricted life expectancy. Plaintiff asked the jury for approximately $10,000,000. The jury awarded $240,750.
