Admitted liability rear-end accident wherein plaintiff claimed to have suffered a knee and low back injury, resulting in numerous injections, and a knee and fusion surgery. She claimed over $700,000 in medical bills and asked for a “multiple-Seven Figure Judgment.” The jury returned a 12-0 defense verdict after less than one hour of deliberations.
