July 2023, Alameda County Admitted liability case with a teenage defendant allegedly impaired, driving over 100 miles per hour, in a roll-over accident with the car catching fire. The plaintiff was hospitalized for nearly a week with over $300,000 in medical bills. After the third day of trial, the plaintiff took $15,000 which had been offered for more than five years.
