Another DEFENSE Verdict! This time in Los Angeles. An admitted Negligence case, with both cars totaled, the defenses’ own expert put the delta V at 18.6 mph, plaintiff claimed a herniated disc, injections and fusion surgery. This is on the heels of a January 2024 LA trial against a 60-year-old plaintiff, with both cars totaled (over $100,000 in PD) who had a fusion surgery and TBI, and a 12-0 defense verdict after 30 minutes of deliberation.

PTG has 23 trials in 27 months (31 total plaintiffs) Although Plaintiffs’ Counsel asked for nearly $40,000,000, the juries have awarded $156,840 total! To all 31 plaintiffs. These cases include over a dozen surgery cases, 8 fusions, 4 spinal cord stimulators, 12 TBI claims, and approximately 100 injections. And they all total $156,840.

The plaintiffs were offered before trial nearly $4,000,000 combined and awarded less than 5% the offered amount. We have since received more than $1,500,000 in costs judgements. 10 times more in costs awarded to us, than awarded to plaintiff by the juries.

In 51 of the last 53 trials Mr. Patton has conducted, the plaintiff would have been far better off taking the final offer.
