Joseph Kim
Attorney
Joseph Kim is an attorney at the Patton Trial Group. His practice includes all phases of civil litigation, and primarily defense of clients in personal injury lawsuits.
Prior to joining the Patton Trial Group, Mr. Kim was an attorney at an insurance defense firm where he successfully defended clients at trial in complex civil cases involving personal injuries, construction defect, product defect, professional liability, housing discrimination, premise liability, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Kim also previously served as a justice fellow with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office where he successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict.
Mr. Kim received his law degree from the University of San Francisco-School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Kim is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
